You will be offered a weekly framework with creative ideas and possibilities to explore. You may be inspired to incorporate collage, mixed media, SoulCollage® or art you may have already created in order to spark your quest more deeply. The classes and the e-book use many creative examples to help you develop new ideas and more deeply understand your needs as you create pathways that lead you into your best year.
Vision Quest- Celtic Calendar 2012
Each step of the quest will lead you in new discovery,
finding connections,
pathways and guidance that will support your goals and visions in unexpected ways.
Your images will assist you in revealing your deepest desires and visions for your future year. Each class will also support you in mining your own narrative process, allowing you to explore how your stories (and past experiences) hold patterns that cluster, weave, blend and intersect. These will be useful reflections as you move further into the quest.
Enjoy the unconditional, accepting support of a group being led through the simple, creative process of personal visioning using “mythos” discovery tools, SoulCollage® and mixed media.
SoulCollage® & the Vision Quest
The magical process of SoulCollage® is the perfect medium for Vision Quest, Nurturing a New Vision for 2012. Each person will create SoulCollage® cards, or other mixed media art, working with their own personal Vision Quest through intuitive mapping, visioning, creative questing and discovery for 2012.
Following the three-week vision Quest series, the group will meet on a Full Moon tele-call (live and recorded) once a month for ten months to support one another in the “revealing and manifesting” that begins with your Vision Quest 2012!
We will be working with many visual and verbal examples, inspirational readings, journaling prompts and guided meditations that support discovery and the creative process. The community tele-calls and online group offer the opportunity to share about your unfolding art, ask questions and discuss your process, explore ideas, writing and images – divining the hidden places and synchronicities that follows this type of engagement.

CAT CARACELO, M.A. is a certified Life Coach and SoulCollage® Facilitator, facilitating and guiding transformative process. Cat works with individuals exploring aspects of life-stage transition, healing and direction-finding though expressive art workshops and individual coaching.
Along with traditional coaching and specialized support for creative entrepreneurs, Cat has a passion for exploring the “landscape of the psyche” through deep journey work, and has developed the ‘art & life’ Mythos Process exploring themes such as Stringing Stories, VisionQuest and Moving into Compassion, for studio workshop, distance format and university courses.
Through the development of her work, Cat has found that revealing personal mythology through creative process and narrative is a valuable and deeply meaningful experience that supports personal growth, healing journeys and inspired visioning.
