Making the most of your KaleidoSoul Membership
A grand and glorious announcement... I know that some of you have been unable to access some of our Member Pages due to the fact that I created them using Front Page (because I wanted them to look "different" from the regular KaleidoSoul pages... not realizing that certain web browers don't read Front Page web pages at all).
It's been a slow and tedious process, but I have finally converted all of the pages out of Front Page format and into a format that everyone can read! Yippee!!! So your member pages now don't look quite as "colorful," BUT... everyone can read them!
Please, please, please.... click on the Home Page now and bookmark it (the link is in the next paragraph). If you have bookmarked the Home Page previously, please delete it and use this one in its place.
If you find any errors, or links that don't work, PLEASE email me and let me know so I can fix them ASAP! Thanks for your patience. Enjoy!

The 12 Secrets of Highly Creative Women
by Gail McMeekin. The subtitle of this book is "a portable mentor" and that is exactly what this book feels like. McMeekin introduces you to lots of wonderful creative women, in many disciplines, so we can hear their stories and secrets. I really enjoyed this book and felt like I came away with some some wonderful tidbits to enhance my creative life.
A Woman's Worth, by Marianne Williamson.
A love letter to women to remember their inherent worth and goodness. Perfect for days of loneliness and fear, this slim volume is portable and packed with inspiration for women at any age. Makes a great gift for special women in your life too!
The Life of Pi, by Yann Martel. Several people strongly recommended this novel to me last year, and I borrowed it from the library but just couldn't get into it. For some reason it crossed my path again last month, and this time I got right into it. It's the imaginative story of a teenage boy who survives a shipwreck in the Pacific Ocean for almost a year. Oh, and one more thing! On the life boat with him is a 450 pound Bengal tiger! It's a story of survival and creative problem solving, sure... but it's also about hope and faith.
Music:
 Waves of Relaxation: guided meditations and relaxation techniques to promote physical and emotional well-being. By John Martin and 5-time Grammy nominated musician Suzanne Ciani. Need to unwind? Ready for an excellent stress reduction CD that is lush with soft music and the sounds of the ocean? This one's for you then! You'll be led through the guided visualizations included to release fear, anxiety, stress.... and you'll find yourself better able to focus, and happier too! You can listen to portions of more than half of the tracks on this cd.
 Mountain in the Sky, by David Michael and Randy Mead. This is one of my very favorite cd's that I've gotten fom CDBaby. I use it often for meditation and journaling and SoulCollage background music. "Gentle melodies that flow like a mountain stream...sounds like a calm conversation of soothing voices." You can listen to samples of every track on this cd!

Inner Visions: Steven Meyers' X-Ray Art- Great possibilities here for SoulCollage card backgrounds! Absolutely stunning floral radiographs. If you go to AllPosters.com (type in Steven Meyers in the search box), you can see some of them in color.
New article by Seena about two other cards you might want to include in your deck.
Etsy- a great place to buy and sell all things handmade, EXCEPT for your SoulCollage cards!!! Seriously, I'll bet the majority of us are very artsy/crafty people.... why not turn some of our beautiful creations into some holiday cash? Just don't sell your SoulCollage cards!!!
