Written informatively, concisely and imaginatively... it really helped me to understand the connection between and among all of the chakras. Excellent resource for any SoulCollager who is working with the Companions Suit. Includes a CD with morning and evening chakra meditations that are very, very helpful.
Music:
Waking Up Laughing, by Martina McBride. This is a remarkable album, even if you don't like "country!" My favorite song on this CD is called "Anyway" and here are some of the lyrics:

As Good As It Gets, featuring Jack Nicholson, Helen Hunt, Greg Kinnear, Cuba Gooding Jr. Funny, touching, witty, wise and intelligent, you'll probably find an archetypal character that you identify with in this film! I usually watch this whenever I need a laugh and an uplift.

Crafty Chica- If you love colorful, fun sites, you'll love The Crafty Chica! Her slogan is Viva La D.I.Y. and her name is Kathy Cano Murillo. Check it out, see if you don't fall in love!
All Books for Less- Amazing website for any book lover. They have zillions of books (I'm not kidding!) on any topic you can think of, all at greatly reduced prices. It's not like Amazon where you're buying from individual sellers. This is a reputable dealer and most of the books are available in quantity, which is great for book clubs as well as gift giving. Search for your favorite author or topic and see how much savings you can gather this summer!
