Announcing...
Summer Soul Sisters Circles

What's a Summer Soul Sisters Circle? That's easy! It's a group of women SoulCollagers, just like you, with a passion for SoulCollage and a longing to connect with other sisters around the world.

What will our Summer Soul Sisters Circles be doing? We'll be gathering via tele-calls 5 times throughout this summer. Our tele-calls will cover a variety of SoulCollage topics, and will be lightly facilitated by Anne Marie Bennett. Consider each one to be an open forum for sharing ideas, SoulCollage cards and wisdom. Each circle will also do at least one card reading during our time together.

These special, unique Soul Sisters Circles are for Kindred Spirits Members only. Each Circle will be limited to 10 Soul Sisters, so claim your space as soon as you can.

There is more information on this KaleidoSoul page. .

Upcoming Tele-Classes

Accepting Our
Bodacious Bods

presented by
Anne Marie Bennett,
SoulCollage Facilitator in Massachusetts

Imagine standing in front of a mirror and saying this:
My body is noteworthy. My body is remarkable. My body is outstanding. And not only saying it, but believing it!

The dictionary describes the word bodacious (in part) as: noteworthy, remarkable, outstanding. So I'm wondering... what would happen to our lives if each and every one of us described our own bodies in this way?

Please join us for a practical yet lively discussion on how we can more fully embrace our beautiful bodies- exactly as they are, right here and now... using the practice of SoulCollage, and our own innate wisdom.

If you have some cards that reflect your own bodacious bod, please bring them with you to the call (my own is above).

Books:

Eating Heaven,by Jennie Shortridge. Meet my newestfavorite author! I read this book in twosittings while on vacation last week and wished it wouldn't end. It's about 39 year old Eleanor Samuels, afreelance writer who loves food a bit too much. But her relationship with foodand with herself changes when her beloved Uncle Benny falls ill and she is hisclosest caregiver. This is exactly thekind of book I love to read... it's wise, funny, sad, sensual and hopeful. And it's about real women and realrelationships.

Wheels of Light, by Rosalyn Bruyere. This book explores the seven chakras of thebody with particular focus on the first chakra, which has to do withour basic life force. Drawing onscientific research, Native American culture, the ancient traditions ofthe Egyptians and Greeks, the philosophies of the Hindus, and thereligions of the East, the author presents a unique perspectiveon the value and healing potential of the chakra system.

Life Shift: Let Go and Live Your Dream, by Aleta St. James. In this book, the author presents her ideas for breakingthrough our emotional blocks and allowing our magnetic female and alphaenergies to interact and harmonize with each other. She teaches skills thatopen the doors to a powerful co-creative relationship between these two forceswithin us and guides us to use these tools to identify our desires, engage ourdreams, and realize our destinies.

Life's Companion
,by Christina Baldwin. Subtitled JournalWriting as a Spiritual Practice, you will find this book very helpful, andto use hand in hand with your SoulCollage practice. A powerful tool for personal growth andheightened creativity/self-awareness.

Butterfly
,by Thomas Marent. More than 500breathtaking full-color photographs of butterflies in their natural habitatsall around the world. Close-ups ofintricate wing patterns plus fascinating facts. If Butterfly is one of your Animal Companions, this beautiful book isnot to be missed.

Movies:

Field of Dreams
,featuring Kevin Costner, Amy Madigan, Ray Liotta, James Earl Jones. This movie is a Capraesque film about a man who wants to reconnect withthe people and aspirations that are important to him. Costner portrays Ray Kinsella, anIowa farmer with a wifeand young daughter. The movie beginswith him hearing a mysterious voice telling him to build a baseball field inhis cornfield. Even though this meansputting his family in financial jeopardy, Ray follows the voice's instructions. This stirring film uses baseball, thenational pastime that has unified Americans for generations, as a point ofentry for explorations of a variety of connections- between a deceased fatherand his son, a fan and the players of the sport, and a doctor and a significantmoment in his past. It is these kinds ofties that give life depth and breadth. I also find this movie to be an excellent portrayal of someone followingtheir intuition, no matter what.
