Other Things You Need to Know:
Please take our first-ever Kindred Spirits Survey: Don't wait another minute... this is your chance to tell us honestly and anonymously exactly what you think about being a Kindred Spirits Member! This fun little survey is easy to complete and should only take about 10 minutes. We'll use your feedback to create an even stronger, better, more creative and exciting membership experience for you, and for all the other Kindred Spirits who are on their way to joining us in the future. If more than 75 of you complete the survey by Sunday February 25, we'll give you an extra Tele-Playshop in March! The topic will be the most-requested topic chosen in the survey. This means there'll be an extra Audio Recording in your Members Only Audio Library as well! Take the KaleidoSoul Kindred Spirits Survey Now.

Extra! Extra! Write All About It
with SoulCollage Facilitator, Anne Marie Bennett
Join us as we talk about (and experience!) using creative writing as a tool to go deeper into your SoulCollage cards/deck. I'll have lots of ideas to share, and we'll actually try doing a few of them during this tele-playshop. Even if you don't consider yourself a "writer," this session will get you excited about writing with your cards for the purpose of your own self-discovery.
Date: Tuesday, February 20, 2007 (THAT'S TOMORROW!)
Time: 7 pm EST
March:
Creating a Personal History Suit
for Your SoulCollage Deck
with special guest Anne Boedecker
Join us for a special hour with Anne Boedecker of Bow, New Hampshire, who has created a Personal History Suit for her SoulCollage Deck. She will talk about how she came to do this, and give suggestions for how you can do the same. She'll also lead you gently through a short process that will help you discern what your own Personal History Suit might look like. There will also be time for questions and idea sharing.
Anne Boedecker is a psychotherapist and collage artist who uses expressive art for spiritual growth and healing. Her passion is the creative care of the soul thorough art, music, writing, meditation and movement.
Date: Monday, March 19, 2007
Time: 7 pm EST
Save the dates now. The tele-playshops are FR*EE for all members, always! We'll send you the phone number to call in upcoming issues of Soul Treasures. And remember, don't worry if you can't attend... we'll be recording them and you can listen to them anytime in your Member's Only Audio Library.
Soul Nourishment
Books, movies, music, & websites to support your inner work as you dive deeper into your soul....
Books:
Life, Paint and Passion, by Michele Cassou and Stewart Cubley. This book centers around the idea of art as spontaneous expression, and it really will help you accept your own artsy experiments with SoulCollage as "real art". It will help you take more artistic risks and dive more deeply into your potential as an artist. It's an easy book to read with lots of great color illustrations.
The Life Organizer: A Woman's Guide to a Mindful Year, by Jennifer Louden. I wrote about this beautiful brand new book a few weeks ago, and I'm going to write about it again because my long-awaited copy has just arrived in the mail and I am devouring it with gratitude and delight, and now I'm antsy to share it with all of you. If you are looking to "organize" your life in a way that is deeper and more soul-consuming than an ordinary organizer, then this is exactly what you need. The following questions are a direct quote from the first page, and are also what the entire Life Organizer is focused on: What if there was a way to organize and guide your life that more closely resembled lying back on an inner tube as the current carried you along... rather than a furious, exhausting upstream paddle? What if self-mercy and listening to your authentic desires were your truest guides, far more trustworthy than gauging how much you accomplish in a day or what you earn? What if feeling confusion and uncertainty was actually a sign that you were on the right path? What if you could erase your sense of never having enough time or energy by cultivating a constant loving connection to yourself? If you've ever longed for the answers to these questions, then you owe it to yourself to purchase this book! Order before
April 1 and it's 20% off, plus receive lots of special gifts with it.
Music:
Ebb and Flow, by Jennifer Bloomer. Bloomer's songs are full of healing, soul and reflect her own inner journey.
Bamboo, by PC Davidoff. Soothing, quiet music with Eastern overtones. Excellent for meditation, reading, and working with your SoulCollage cards.
Websites:
Humor and Your SoulCollage Cards - Excellent new article by Seena Frost.
Every Stock Photo- lots of great images here for your SoulCollage cards.
Creativity For Life- Exploring all aspects of creativity in our everyday lives.
ICE Your Cell Phone- This is a great idea. I've done this, and you should too.
