This is a process that Barb created after studying The Hero's Journey and The Heroine's Journey for several years. She created a visual diary of the journey (in the form of a collaged game board) along with 3-dimensional game pieces (similar to intentions of the SoulCollage cards) that travel around the board. Journaling and story-telling are also important tools within this journey game.
This tele-class will provide you with an overview of the process. It will explain how it can work side by side with the concept of SoulCollage. Barb will share pictures of others' game boards and characters, along with stories and examples. Date: Monday January 7, 2008 (That's Tonight!)

 New Year's Intention
Instead of making a New Year's Resolution, why not create a New Year's Intention instead, in three words or less. I think of setting an intention as setting the atmosphere in which I want to be living. For me, this year is about Dreaming Big. Your intention might be distilled into one, two, or three words. How about: Joy, Embracing MySelf, Gratitude or...?

One reviewer said this (and I can't say it any better): A bewitching, warmhearted grown-up fairy tale about old movies, charming princes, and finding happily every after in the place where you'd least expect it.
Movies:
Love, Actually- featuring Hugh Grant, Emma Thompson, Colin Firth, Liam Neeson, Keira Knightley. Many stories, and all of them interwoven beautifully (although you don't know it at the beginning). About so many different kinds of love, not just romantic. Rent this if you haven't already seen it. It will do your heart good.
Music:
Dance Your Spirit, by Mark Stanton Welch. I "accidentally" picked this up recently in a bookstore and bought it purely on faith. Wow! Mark is the musician/singer/songwriter who performs with Sonia Choquette during her workshops and retreats. The tracks on this CD are extended movement and dance songs that will lift your body, mind and spirit. I love to turn mine up really loud while I'm cooking or cleaning and just dance myself into the chores. P.S. His other CD's are awesome as well.
Websites: Holy Chocolate- Their slogan is "every sip blessed," and let me tell you, it's not far from the truth. If you love dark chocolate, you'll enjoy this site. I've tasted it, and it is divine!
