This page is dedicated exclusively to the cards created by SoulCollage® artists. SoulCollage® is a unique blend of spiritual practice and the fun of collage. It was created by Seena Frost in 1989 as she worked with friends and clients in her psychotherapy practice.

The cards on this page are sorted into categories based on which suit they belong to in the artist's SoulCollage® deck. Click here to read more about the suits.

There is also a section for artists' Source Cards. A SoulCollage deck contains one Source Card, symbolizing that which the artist believes to be the source of all life. Click here (and scroll down) to read more about the meaning of the Source card.

If you hold your mouse over an image, you will see the name of the artist, where they live, and a brief I am the one who... statement which will give you an idea of what the card means to them in their life.

However, there will be no I am the one who... statement for the Source cards you see here because the Source has no "voice." It simply IS.

Committee Suit

Integration and Acceptance. Artist:Susan W, Massachusetts....
When I am quiet and reflective all the different parts of myself are in harmony. Through the Looking Glass. Artist: Lis G, Massachusetts....I am the one who wants to escape the frightening things in my life by climbing through the looking glass and finding happier adventures than the ones in my 'real life.'

Soaring. Artist: Lis G, Massachusetts Prayer. Artist: Elaine V, Massachusetts

Anger. Artist: Imelda, Ireland. I am one whose anger is rising: It moves from annoyance, through anger to righteous fury. I am a woman to be reckoned with. My Curious Self. Artist: Michelle C., Connecticut. I am the one who is curious about how the world works, who sees mystery in physics and chemistry and biology and medicine. I offer you the chance to step outside your comfort zone and explore.

Chorus of Doubters. Artist: Imelda, Ireland. I am one whose path is blocked by the chorus of doubting thoughts. I am afraid to press ahead past their barrier. Dance of Freedom. Artist: Imelda, Ireland. I am one who dances free and carefree through the world. I let the wind play in my hair and delight in grass and water touching my feet. I move lightly through the world and am free and graceful as the birds of the air.

Letting Go. Artist: Karen M, Australia. My inner wisdom guides me as I let go. I am the one who can stand naked & vulnerable. Leaping the Lilies....I am the who took the time to find and learn the path hidden amongst lily leaves, who created stepping stones to fill in the path where there were none, and who navigated the dangerous waters to safety. Nurturing Creativity. Artist: Karen M, Australia. Sometimes my creative process is slow & I feel fragile. I require patience & gentleness to birth my projects. Two-Faced....I am the one who is smiling on the surface, but seething inside. I am angry. I am vengeful. I will show you who's boss. Artist: Kathy, Florida

Sometimes it feels like I'm missing out on a fabulous party by not being the same as everyone else... but I know I need to be true to myself! I am doing what is right for ME!!!! Detached....I am the one who is balanced and strong. I hold fast to my beliefs, regardless of your pleading. I am free to choose what is good and right. I do not need approval. I am the one who loves wholeness but is learning to appreciate the value of brokenness. I am the one who loves things to be smooth but also am fascinated with transparency and rough edges. Tension. My Therapist. Artist: Anne Marie, Massachusetts... I am the one who gives you love and wings. I am the one who leads you within and reflects back to you the brightness of your own spirit. Renee Zellweger. Artist: Anne B, Massachusetts. I am the one who makes creative choices with compassion and intelligence. I am the one who gives you joy and enthusiasm for writing and for life and for all creative endeavors.

Sasha. Artist: Anne B, Massachusetts. I am the one who loves you unconditionally, who taught you to love cats, who showed you how to be a mother. Maureen. Artist: Imelda, Ireland. I am one who loved life, and held my childlike self through to my end. I left this world with no fear of the next, knowing it was just like passing through a curtain. I sat in comfort with the idea of death. My spirit danced in the snow.

Nana. Artist: Michele, Connecticut. I am your mother's mother, who loved you more than you can ever know. A whole life was lived before we ever met, a world I sometimes told you in stories. Life is complicated, and people have both dark and light within. Only love matters in the end. Russell, my mediation teacher. Artist: Sharry, Oregon. I am the one who allows my body to teach me to be present. I am the one who awakens.

6th Chakra Dolphin. Artist: Anne B, Massachusetts. I am the one who knows that communication and time exist on many levels and among many creatures. Fourth/Heart Chakra Lions. I am the one who stands facing whatever comes. I stand straight and tall so it is hard to knock me off balance. I protect my inner and outer tribes.

Angel of Sorrow. Artist: Anne Marie, Massachusetts. I am the one who is with you when you grieve. I am the one who helps you to bear your sorrow. Death. Artist: Imelda, Ireland. I am one who comes as a messenger of joy. Your passage will be safe. Submit to the journey and allow me to carry you safely to worlds of joy.

Death and Decay. Artist: Michelle C, Connecticut. From dust to dust - I am the one from whom no one and nothing can escape. Yet in the end, we all nurture new life and the cycle begins again. Goddess for World Peace. Artist: Michelle C., Connecticut. I am the one who sees the globe as it is from space, with no boundaries, creed or countries, and encourages you to work for peace in big ways and small. Green Tara. Artist: Michelle C., Connecticut. I am a Goddess of Wisdom, Action and Compassion; a fierce protectress. Instead of destroying my enemies, I create new green growth, changing them from the inside out with my green flame. Creator.
