Online Forum

In June 2005 we started a Yahoo Group soul-ly for the use of SoulCollage® artists!

Please feel free to tell us a little about yourself in your first post, as well as where you're from, and maybe one new insight you gained about yourself this week as you made a card or worked with a card.

If you're new to all of this, don't worry! We still want you to join us. This is a wonderful, safe place where you can learn about making cards, interpreting them, and what it's all about.

At the KaleidoSoul Community Board, you'll also receive a pick-me-up MidWeek Blessing, and weekly SoulCollage challenges, guaranteed to keep those creative juices flowing!

Tele-Classes

Each tele-class is based on a SoulCollage topic. A presenter will present the topic or information and then open up the forum for discussion, question, and comments. Each tele-class lasts about an hour.

Tele-Classes are easy to access! After you sign up, you're given a phone number to dial, and an access code. At the appointed time, everyone dials the number and access code, and voila! We are all connected via the telephone.

This is a marvelous way to connect with other SoulCollagers around the world, as well as a wonderful way to build your own SoulCollage practice.

The Fool Archetype

Carl Jung believed that our minds come coded with patterns, which lead us to perceive the world in a particular way. He called these predispositions archetypes. They are like the DNA of the personality.

The Fool Archetype has some interestingcharacteristics: It contains all aspects of "foolishness" that are possible. For example in the Fool archetype you find the Sacred Clown, the Comedian, the Mystic Fool, the Healer Clown like the character Patch Adams. They each contain an element of Divine Innocence.

The word Fool comes from the Latin word follis, which means a pair of bellows, which provide the oxygen needed for combustion. The Fool "fires us up" with the impetus for action when something is finished or goes stale. The Fool persists on the journey, when others might turn back and head for the familiar, or give up on a relationship instead of continuing to love, because they just don't know better . . . and opportunities unfold.
