These Magical Inner Journeys are available in CD format and/or written scripts with audio downloads so that you can become more familiar with the meditations at your own pace. You are also welcome to use the scripts to lead these meditations in small groups. You'll find that these Magical Inner Journeys lend themselves beautifully to creative writing, art journaling and/or SoulCollage® follow-up activities.
CD INFORMATION VOLUME 1: INNER VOICES
Track 1- Introduction (2:30). Important information about listening. Please listen to this before beginning any of these guided journeys.
Track 2- The Bus Ride (14:36).Travel on a bus ride to find that it’s you who belongs in the driver’s seat. On board are the members of your own inner committee. These passengers all represent a part of you. What parts are happily serving you? What parts are getting in your way?
Track 3- Inner Child (18:34).Follow a beautiful path to your own secret shelter. A magical rocking chair sets the scene for a reunion with your own inner child. What messages does he/she have for you?
Track 4- Inner Critic(19:17). Explore a movie studio, where a film about your life is being created, only to find out that your Inner Critic has taken over as director. When you regain control of your movie, what can your inner critic gently teach you?

A Note about Using the "Inner Voices" CD with SoulCollage® work:

Track 2- Meeting An Animal Guide (24:49). Imagine yourself in a natural clearing and call forth your animal friends to form a circle around you. Invite one animal guide to come forward and share its wisdom with you. Listen again for new information to come through each time you replay the audio, and eventually create a Council of Animal Guides.
Track 3- Animal Circle(23:14). When you have discovered three or more personal Animal Guides, use this special meditation to spend a little time with each one in an animal circle, where you can ask for – and receive – specific guidance, as well as gifts from your animal totems.
A Note about Using the "Animal Guides" CD with SoulCollage® work:
The SoulCollage® Companions Suit was created by Seena Frost to include both the animal energies (or energies from nature) and the body's chakra energies. The meditations on this CD do not reference the chakra energies. If you are practicing SoulCollage® we suggest you start with Seena's CD: Introduction to SoulCollage®which includes her own guided meditation on discovering animal companions related to each of the body's chakras. (This guided meditation is also available in scripted form in Seena's book on SoulCollage,available here.)
If you have already discovered at least three of your Companions and the accompanying chakras, you will find the "Animal Circle" track especially helpful as a way of accessing the Animal wisdom and gifts that they bring you personally.
